Terms & Conditions for Using Kinta
Welcome to Kinta! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kinta mobile application ("App") and the website at www.kinta.finance ("Website"), both owned and operated by Wolet d.o.o., Kralja Petra I 81A, Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia (company registration number: 22133659). By accessing or using Kinta, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement ("Agreement") between you ("User") and Wolet d.o.o. ("Owner") that applies to all users of the App and Website. By using either platform, you confirm that you agree to all provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App and Website immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy at any time. All changes take effect upon publication on the Website and within the App. Continued access to the Website or use of the App after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Definitions
The following terms are used throughout this document. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy together, forming the legally binding agreement between the Owner and the User. "Terms & Conditions" refers to this document, governing the rules, rights, and obligations of Users when using the App and Website. "Privacy Policy" refers to the document available on our Website and within the App, explaining how we collect, share, and use your personal data, as well as your rights as a data subject. "User" refers to any person who accesses and uses the App or Website. "User Account" refers to the unique account created by the User within the App. "App" refers to the Kinta software application, owned by Wolet d.o.o., available on Google Play and the App Store. "Website" refers to the site located at www.kinta.finance, owned by Wolet d.o.o. "Newsletter" refers to the electronic notifications delivered to Users containing information, news, and updates about the App. "Owner" refers to Wolet d.o.o., the owner of the App and Website. "Personal Data" refers to any data relating to you as an identified or identifiable individual. "Data Processing" refers to any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, storage, use, or deletion. "Pseudonymization" refers to processing personal data so that it can no longer be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information stored separately. "Third Parties" refers to organizations with which the Owner cooperates.
Description of Service
The Kinta App provides Users with a digital tool for tracking and managing personal finances. Through the App, Users can set and track budgets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis with real-time spending status. Users can scan receipts by loading QR codes from fiscal receipts or other payments, which are automatically added to the App. The App allows archiving of scanned receipts and other entries without storage limitations. Users can record additional amounts such as tips alongside fiscal receipts for more precise expense tracking. With Penny AI, our artificial intelligence assistant, Users can receive interactive analysis on demand and real-time answers to financial queries. Users can also set reminders on receipts with warranties to be notified before expiry dates. The Kinta App aims to help Users organize expenses and gain clearer insight into personal finances. The App does not provide financial advisory services.
Using the App & Newsletter
The App is available for download via Google Play and the App Store. Each account is automatically assigned a randomly generated 6-character ID code used for internal identification within the App. This pseudonymization measure significantly increases the level of privacy protection and data security for our Users. Users may subscribe to the Newsletter via our Website. When subscribing, we collect basic information including name and email address, solely for the purpose of sending informational content, news, and App updates. By submitting this information, the User confirms consent to receive such communications electronically. Users may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, after which no further communications will be sent and their data will be deleted or archived in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments
The App offers the option to purchase Premium features, including but not limited to Penny AI, bank account connection, AI-powered widgets, and family sharing. Pricing is clearly displayed within the App prior to purchase. All payments are processed exclusively through the App Store and Google Play platforms. In the case of subscriptions, renewal is automatic through the User's App Store or Google Play account, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
Wolet d.o.o. holds copyright over all content independently created and published on the App and Website, including but not limited to text, the App name, logo, design, graphic elements, software code, and functionalities of the App and Website. All such content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights in accordance with applicable law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the App, solely for the purpose and in the manner provided by these Terms & Conditions. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or other use of the App and its content that is not expressly authorized by Wolet d.o.o. is prohibited. Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
The App does not provide financial advisory services. The User acknowledges that the App provides services solely for informational and organizational purposes, for tracking and managing personal finances. While we take care to ensure accuracy and timeliness of displayed data, Wolet d.o.o. does not guarantee the complete correctness, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of data entered by the User, automatically retrieved from fiscal or other receipts, or responses and data generated by Penny AI. The User uses the App at their own risk. The Owner is not liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise from the use of the App, including but not limited to errors in budgeting or issues related to warranties or transactions. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the App, as well as for making their own financial decisions based on information obtained through the App.
Changes to the App & Website
Wolet d.o.o. reserves the right to change, update, supplement, or remove parts of the content of the App and Website at any time, including functionalities, textual and visual information, without prior notice. The App and Website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, system upgrades, or other reasons. The User acknowledges that the Owner is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from content changes or temporary unavailability, and that it is the User's obligation to regularly check for updates and changes.
Events Beyond Our Control
Wolet d.o.o. is not liable to the User for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full. Wolet d.o.o. and the User agree that, where appropriate, any provision found to be invalid will be replaced by a valid provision that reflects the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.
Governing Law & Disputes
All disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved before the competent court at the seat of the Owner.
